Returns Policy

We currently do not accept returns on any products once they are delivered.

We request our customers to carefully check:

  • Product details
  • Size and design
  • Shipping information

before placing an order.

Damaged or Defective Products

We understand that issues can sometimes occur during shipping. If you receive a damaged or defective product, we are here to help.

Replacement Eligibility:

  • The product must be damaged or defective at the time of delivery
  • You must inform us within 24–48 hours of receiving the product
  • Provide clear photos or videos of the damaged item as proof

Resolution:

  • Eligible items will be replaced with the same product (subject to availability)
  • If the same product is not available, we may offer a store credit or alternative solution

Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be provided for returned items (as returns are not accepted)
  • Refunds (if applicable) will only be processed in case of:
    • Out-of-stock items after payment
    • Failed or duplicate transactions

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
